My passion for fitness started at the age of 13, my obsession to acquire every piece of knowledge in fitness was my priority, my life, my everything. Reading through health and fitness magazines, cover to cover instead of studying for exams and doing homework, created an infatuation in the subject. By the time I was in high school, I had read every muscle and fitness magazine year to year and was already training friends inside and outside of school.
With an educational background, I’ve learned and applied everything through personal experience in my high school and teenage years to this day. I’ve grown to have comprehensive and authoritative knowledge in fitness, athleticism, and more. Bodybuilding (building muscle and losing body fat) has been my strong suit. My experience and creativity has made Bodybuilding instinctive, where I have created my own philosophy and approach for helping clients reach their goals and full potential physically and mentally.

Online Fitness Evaluation and Basic Info Questionnaire
In 24-48 hours a specialized, in-detail workout routines will be written out for each specific day and will be updated bi-weekly/monthly
